Pick-up, return & options
📢 For delivery to your hotel / Airbnb (and collection at your stay)
Hotels: for both pick-up and return, you can choose either an in-person handover in the lobby or a front-desk drop-off. Let us know your preference on WhatsApp after booking. Adding a note like “stroller delivery expected” to your hotel reservation makes things extra smooth.
Airbnb: in-person handover and return only — we come to your accommodation. (Available times: weekdays 19:00 / 19:30 / 20:00; weekends & holidays daytime only, by arrangement.)
